Hi Filip - I don't think I've seen any replies to this interesting project.
I don't think you need an experienced importer to do this for you, although that would certainly make things easier. Your wiki page is great - have you considered making a wiki page for your import plans? You can see a sample outline here ( http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Plan_Outline), which you can copy. If you fill out most of the information in this outline, you should have a good start to moving forward and recruiting help.
