Another issue to consider is conflation. There are already over 300 buildings
mapped in Dar es Salaam http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/2t6, and the import process
would want to carefully complement that existing data.
As Saikrishna pointed out, best to follow the import guidelines in the wiki.
First steps would be fully documenting the import source, and import plan, for
discussion. Only after that, would any import actions be taken.
