Per the wiki, I wanted to clear that I could proceed with manually importing the shape file from Williamson County GIS office and City of Austin GIS office. My plan is to ensure that park boundaries and locations are added/corrected and I plan to confirm each parks usage, naming, etc individually. This product has been produced by the Communications and Technology Department for the sole purpose of geographic reference. No warranty is made by the City of Austin regarding specific accuracy or completeness." Williamson County - "Data Disclaimer The maps and data on this site are for general planning purposes only. The underlying basemap conforms to National Map Accuracy Standards in unobstructed areas. The city of Austin site has been noted on http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Potential_Datasources#Texas but I'd like to confirm before proceeding since I plan to import a lot of the park shapes.
