Looking through the tagging, I see a few issues
- You shouldn't need is_in:* tags with admin boundaries working.
- Check the spelling on school:fondamental_first_cycle
- None of your proposed new tags are documented
- The number of teachers, boys, and girls in 2012 doesn't belong in OSM
- Some of them don't seem school-specific, like having latrines (i.e.
has toilets), and I believe there are standard tags for these. Same with
water and restaurant
- academie isn't British English.
How are you doing consultation with the local community?
