This is not a problem for DWG. One comment in the changeset: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/26634051 suggests that the data is coming from a Nepal Red Cross local survey. @Glen, of course, some of the tags are clearly breaking privacy, world wide. I'm not talking about the private toilets (which is anyway questionable in OSM), but the amount of people leaving in the house, their gender and age. And not anecdotal, herd size is a wealth indicator in these countries.
