Uhm, I recognized it immediately as the place where one pumps the sewage
out of the holding tank aboard a boat or recreational vehicle. (And I'm
not really a boater or RV-er.)
Is this a difference in local language (that is, do people in your part
of the world use a different euphemism), or are you simply unfamiliar
that a dump station is, as the kids say, "a thing"?
