Is this planned as an actual "mass import", and not every item will be looked at by a human before being uploaded? IMHO it would be better to provide the results of your analysis in small chunks for the local community to be imported "by hand".
cheers Martin Hi Martin, The local community (Mappa Mercia) discussed this at our January meeting and approached Edward to complete this - that is the import is at the request of the local group. We have been working with Edward to review the matches by doing the checks by hand so that the actual edit can be a mass import. Time wise it is much quicker for us to review the matches report rather than open JOSM and do a mind numbingly boring import "by hand". *Rob*
