layer and converted in qgis, so finally to be opened in josm. The
file already has addr:city and addr:housenumber tags, but not
addr:street tags , which will be added manually...
You need to have documentation on the Wiki. There's not really enough
here to meaningfully comment on, no details of tag conversion, no
license information, etc.
