Hi Imports, I'm planning to manually import some 1,185 bicycle parkings in Madrid. The data comes from the City Council of Madrid open data site: datos.madrid.es

Because the source for each node and for each photo could be various departments and organizations, we have to respect that and use the source=* for each node.
