Hi Frederik, the import for Jakarta was actually more like a cleanup, not a import from zero. If I remember well, the data already in OSM had lots of relation duplicates, so I believe the wrong admin_level number and wrong ids was previously there. It is true that it got fixed after it got notified.
For Indonesia, the main communication place is their FB group here https://www.facebook.com/groups/osm.id/?fref=ts we will upload the full .osm file in the article wiki when it's all converted and when we got a better confirmation for the license. Best regards
