Bjoern, Check out the import guidelines [1] to understand how to import the schools without unsetting the community. Look at the import catalog for examples of other imports for examples of how to document your proposal.
One suggestion, don't suggest a mechanized import. They often don't work as well as intended. Instead consider using tools like the Tasking Manager to import in small steps.
