I had been continuing imports of Building and River data that had
started back in ~2012 and is managed through linz2osm as described at
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/LINZ
Robin contacted to me and pointed out that the building data is actually
Auckland Council data and not strictly LINZ and hence outside of the
remit of the original LINZ import plan. I've stopped importing building
data and sought clarity on this on the NZ mailing list
(https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/nzopengis). No feedback to date
I continued on with river imports as these appear to me to be clearly
part of the original import plan and have been ongoing since 2012
without comment I believed.
