Hi,
I have looked at OSM Conflator and osmose but found that for about 200 features
I might as well just do it in JOSM without needing to offload the work to the
community. Nevertheless, I added it to the roadmap of things to do. The dataset
also has some weird values, like descriptions in fields that should just
contain an identifier, or keys that change from one release to the other.

Cheers
David
