you should really insert a summary about the explicit permission you
have for the import. Please remember not anyone on this ML speaks or
understands Spanish.
I just browsed the sample output data for Malaga.
I wonder why you used addr:place for boulevards (e.g. Bulevar Adolfo
Suárez). AFAIK these are streets so addr:streets should be used instead.
add:place is used when the street is not part of the address:

BTW, I can't find a rule for addr:place in your tagging plan.
