This subject is not  related to this Import  list. Better to address such 
subject on the talk or hot discussion lists.

Aerial imagery is to be used as a background layer in editors such as JOSM and 
Id to revise the OpenStreetMap database content and add /  features such as 
buildings, roads, etc.
But before any developper adapt this imagery to access in editors, the first 
step is to assure that this is published with a compatible OSM license. 

Looking at the license, this is not the case.
