(2) Changeset tag should also had tag tag linking to the Wiki page with documentation (3) Is data quality uniform across dataset or are there regions that for some reason are worse/better? (4) Also, please post again after receiving permission - at least some people will check quality of data only in cases when it is copyright-compatible. (5) "attributes available in the original dataset will be omitted from the imported dataset" what kind of attributes are present? Maybe some of them are usable as building=*, building:use=*, building:levels=* or other tags.
