Seeing no major objections, I'll plan on beginning the import this
Saturday (October 5). I'll also make it a point to clean up any
unnecessary addr:full tags as I go.
I've created the account "Springdale Building Footprints" to use for
this data import.

For addresses that fit well into the other "addr" tags, this is sort
of an error, or at least messy/unnecessary. Consider deleting that tag
as you go.
