I'm from Switzerland and familiar with those "Schweizer Familie Feuerstellen". I had a look a the data this morning. The license issue has already been mentioned (we need some documentation that that we can use the data for OSM) As well as the tags issue was already raised by Martin, with whom I agree. Existing data: The other thing I see, is that many of those fire pits are already mapped. So we would need a plan how to detect already mapped points and what to do with them.
