Hi everybody. I'm working on some data geoanalitics at the moment. For this I used Russian municipality bounds osm data. I wonder that there is no OKTMO code saved. OKTMO is an official classification of the Russian municipality by it's location. Literally OKTMO is All-Russian classification of territories of municipalities. Federal Statistics Service is responsible for it. For my own purposes I have made geojson file with 2 groups of russian administrative units with matched OKTMO codes. Municipality level 6 and level 8. I would like to import this very useful data to the OSM. What should I do?
