To import data into OSM you have to read and follow the Import
Guidelines [1].
So, once you acknoledge step 1 (Prerequisites), you should contact the
local OSM community of Brasil. You can do so subscribing to the list
talk-br [2] and sending them a message. The brasilian OSM community has
performed many imports already, so you will easily find people who will
guide you with the process.

Hello,
I have georeferenced information on transformers and switches from part
of the states of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul in Brazil, the data
provided by the local energy company. Each point has its specific code
that is indispensable for your consultation.
Is there a possibility to import this data into the base OSM? If so, how
to proceed with the import so that these codes can be consulted?
