So, I do not think I have > anything complicated. looking at the small sample, there are already many issues, like the fees key (fee), operational_status being a discouraged tag https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key%3Aoperational_status install_year is completely unused (start_date), as is “water:system” You should definitely invest more effort into the tag translations, the current proposal would likely be unacceptable because of these problems.
