Hello.

I've taken a quick look at your wiki page and the data source, and I have a
couple comments.

On the website, it looks like the data is recorded at a 10 meter resolution.
I'm not confident in a resolution this low to be any good for OSM landuse
mapping.

I would expect at least a small sample extract translated into vector data
published on your wiki page so we can get a good idea of how the data will
appear on the map.

You should fully document the process you are using to translate the data from
the raw files on the website into your finished data ready to upload to OSM.

You should fully document every tag you will be translating.

You should specify if you're importing alone, or if you have a team, as well as
linking the accounts you will be using to import data.

I also recommend opting for natural=wood instead of landuse=forest, because
they have different meanings in OSM.

I personally am against using source=* on the object, and instead provide all
the sourcing and documentation in the changesets instead.
