Informing about Latvia-bot <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Automated_edits/Latvia-bot> which uses open data from the State Land Service of Latvia. See bot's wiki page for more information. Posting post factum because Automated edits code of conduct <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct> didn't clearly state that posting to imports mailing list is mandatory until a few months ago changes were made as a result of discussion on one of the changesets <https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/128629973>.
