Hey Stefano,
How many of these datasets exist, and how many do you plan to add to
OSM? If there are several, and you plan on working through them one by
one, I would suggest creating a blanket wiki page that documents all the
available datasets and any special processes for each one. This would
make it easier to propose a collective page and allow you to continue
your good work without getting bogged down in mailing list bureaucracy.
