source tag on object : I don't see why an object created by a
contributor and to which you add an opening time should have a source
tag suggesting that the information comes from the POI.
add a changeset tag to describe that only your modification has the POI
as its source
I'd also advise you to describe the few changeset tags you can use
(comment, url to the wiki page, import=yes, etc.).
