This is not changing the meaning just the characters. MetaCard and therefore
Rev is already limited in many ways due to the need to offer most features
to most of the platforms most of the time. It is a cross platform
environment and my feeling is that if Rev can reduce the cross platform
support load by being smart then it should.

<joke senseof humor="true">Perhaps it could be the default and then we could
have a preferences options saying:
Radio button 1 - "Build software for 5% of the market and/or spend hours
going through and changing hundreds of square boxes into readable chars"
Radio button 2 - "Use Rev like it's meant to be used and build once for just
about every platform"</joke>

My point is that Rev already inserts bits of code for all sorts of things.
This would just add an extra helping hand to those people that just can't
break the habit (which becomes a bad habit once you start using Rev).
