I'm try to impute a matrix, using MICE.
My matrix has 14 variables, the first and the second are categorical. So I
try
imp<-mice(z,im=c("polyreg","polyreg","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pm
m","pmm","pmm","pmm"))
And I get this message: A6Error in data[ry, ] : object is not subsettable
(A6 is the first variable).
If I try
imp<-mice(z,im=c("lda","lda","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm"
,"pmm","pmm"))
I get A6Error in data[ry, ] : function is not a closure.
But if I try
imp<-mice(z,im=c("pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm","pmm"
,"pmm","pmm")), the imputation is OK.
Anyone knows what can be wrong with using "polyreg" or "lda"?
Thank you in avance
