Sometime ago one of the students asked me about using IVEware for
simultaneously multiply impute missing disease status, covariates, genotypes
and haplotypes. The goal is then to perform genetic or gene-covariate
interaction analysis. I have prepared a short note on the potential use of
IVEware for this purpose. This methodology is also applicable to MICE (those
using R) and ICE(those using STATA). Obviously, this is just a conceptual
exercise at this point. If you are working on a data set of this type, then you
are welcome to try it out and I will be interested in receiving feedback.

You can download the short note from the 'unpublished papers" section on my
website www-personal.umich.edu/~teraghu
