Try nnet.MaxNWts instead From: Impute -- Imputations in Data Analysis <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Yi Wang Sent: maandag 5 juli 2021 18:54 To: [email protected] Subject: mice multiple imputation error
I am using mice to do multiple imputation. The dataset contains 150 variables with around 8,000 observations. I got the following message: Error in nnet.default(X, Y, w, mask = mask, size = 0, skip = TRUE, softmax = TRUE, : too many (1540) weights Then I changed this: MaxNWts = 2000 Error in nnet.default(X, Y, w, mask = mask, size = 0, skip = TRUE, softmax = TRUE, : formal argument "MaxNWts" matched by multiple actual arguments Can anyone share your thoughts?
