my bplugin0.dat file here looks to be from 3/27/1998 and has that same statement
at the beginning.  Allof the bplugin files I have are stamped on the same day.  
I
have the bplugin on a test server in my lab and it seems to work.  Though I have
not tested heavily and that is not a production box.  I just went by the
bplugin0.txt file and setup a few test users and they seem to bypass the spam
filter anyway.
