The first domain l7.org is from the MAIL FROM command, this is the domain
part of the sender envelope.
The second is what your mail client (or server?) HELO'd itself as.
DMP uses the source IP, envelope domain and HELO'd hostname to verify the
sender, not reverse DNS. Depending on circumstances and the choice of
switches you set (allownondmp and allowhelo) the DMP plugin will look up
records for the domain, the host, or both.
Those last three numbers are the message size, DMP lookup size and sum of
the two respectively. On a deny or fail, the "sum" will only be the DMP
lookup size.
Thanks for installing that and trying it out. After 24 hours, feel free to
remove the plugin. That'll be enough of a sampling for me to populate
dmp.pan-am.ca with some useful information.
And everyone else: Please try out the plugin and send me 24 hours' worth of
log information if you can. The more "regular" mail log entries I see, the
more complete the test information will be.
allrighty.
it's at 74k now...
