I believe that there are now some forms of message that get through the standard
anti-relay (probably not through Mike's SMTPRCV from what I have seen on this 
list).
    Another approach, if your budget allows, is www.postini.com.  The way we 
have ours
set, any messages that try to hit and are not specifically listed in the 
database for any
of our domains are given a 500 code.  This effectively handles anti-relay, 
anti-spam, and
anti-virus.  We never even have to deal with a postmaster reject message, and 
they are
fairly inexpensive.  The only downside could be your location.  All of their 
servers are
located in California, US   In our case, we are two time zones away, but have a 
good
enough connection that it has not been a problem.
    By the way, we are simply a client of theirs and have no other business 
relation with
them.  Just thought that you would like another alternative that I know works.
