Has anyone else had the MyDoom worm slip past SMTPRCV but get caught by AntiRelay plugin and a system virus scanner? I've had it happen twice in the last 24hrs. I'm not using a blacklist provider and am using McAfee VSPRO. I was going to take down AntiRelay, but am thinking I want to leave it now. An extra layer may not hurt :-)
Also, since I've been subscribed to this list and had SMTPRCV running I've logged a bunch of attempts to send email to an invalid user.
