Sure, as long as you have enough patience! If you wanted 240 minutes between
runs, just put in
0:00, 4:00, 8:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00 for each day of the week.
(I don't do this very often, because it involves forcibly aborting the mail
server, and if it is receiving mail at the time, its possible for partial
messages to be received or for the mail to be lost altogether. Those effects
are unlikely, but if you do it often enough, you'll see them... Of course,
I'm running on W2K, so I only do it to get it out of a catatonic state,
which is much rarer than just plain stopping).
