I do the same thing, but have still had the problem. I know it's strange, but what I have to do is take the qmail gateway off IMS, restart the delivery service, usually wait a short time, then put it back on, restart and it works again. I'm running IMS on an NTSP6 server -- could that be what's different from yours?
