no all pop3 and smtp traffic is allowed through the firewall is permitted.
Could it be a blacklist maybe ?

is any mail from asia getting through?   someone may be blocking port 25 on
that range of IPs on your firewall or something.  It is somewhat common to
block 211.0.0.0/8 if you normally do not do business in Asia because a lot
of
spam comes in on that range of IPs.   just a thought.
