What the best way to delete email messages that are in a different language or have something like this as the subject:

(±¤°í) Ùí¹æ¹® Ùíº¸Áõ Ùí´ãº¸ 3000¸¸¿ø±îÁö Ä«µå ´ë³³! xV0CH9iwQ3

There's no character set in the header, so I can't trap that.

Speaking for Trash Finder:

Sometimes there is a character set in the header, and it is trapped then. Also, both the unknown words filter and the upper bit character filters include the subject. But they need to include the body as well in order to have enough text to make an accurate determination. That lets some of the junk through.

I haven't been able to think of anything that would both work and be relatively safe (that is, wouldn't catch some legitimate mail). The problem is that the subject is so short that a single misspelling or foreign word could trigger the filter -- which would be bad if it was used as a delete filter.

Any ideas are welcome.
