I use MS SMTP Service for receiving messages. Any other ideas?

If the domain is not local, the delivery is done externally. I can't remove my domains from my local domains list, otherwise the messages will not be delivered locally. To resolve it, just use one domain for everyone in plugin1 because SMTPDS doesn't care about the domain. Be sure to put that domain in EMWAC as a local domain. Hope this helps.
