Yes, that's correct.

Have you checked in services to make sure everything is running properly?
Maybe something's not restarting. Also, in Prein, are the .rcp files still
there?

I should also note that whenever I shutdown scsmfilter I get the error
message that the service cannot be stopped. As I recall this was always a
normal bug/occurance.
