Good Morning,
I am trying to figure out how to send a short message to cell phone,
based upon receiving an email from the "McAfee AVERT list".
The messages McAfee sends, are a few hundred characters, and become many
text messages per email, when all I need is a single line like "McAfee DAT
Alert sent", whenever something is sent to the alert-mailbox. So far,
forwarding doesn't work, and I tried setting up a rule in Outlook (which
requires leaving the client running), but the best I could reduce the
message down to, was 5 individual text messages if I forward the email with
original message as an attachment.
Does anyone know of a simple program/plug-in that will handle this
situation ?
Perhaps strip our message, replace it ?
Also, how do you design custom footers added to all messages about
confidentiality (like many businesses have) ?
