I have had the emwac ims running for several years, including several years under Windows 2000.
Recently I updated Windows 2000 from the Microsoft web site. The same weekend, I changed some DNS entries. I can receive email, and the Sica software moved lots of it to the rejected spam directory and some of it to the <spool>\incoming directory, where it just sits. I'm pretty sure that the DNS is set up ok.
