2 options. 1. Forward a copy of their email to their cell phone address ([EMAIL PROTECTED] or whatever). This is what I have to do for Blackberry users since T-Mobile's POP tool sux. 2. If the phone cannot POP your server directly, get a quote on installing Exchange into your company. The cost of it will make them forget their little whim.
Also remind them it is a privilige to be on YOUR network and they should ask in advance if you permit them to do this.
