Presuming that you are comfortable blocking all mail on the RBLs you use,
yes.
I'm not comfortable trusting RBLs, so I use antirelay after Trash Finder to
trash any mail that TF passes and that is on an RBL block list. I have had
good mail blocked that way, so that's my preference.
