I do know that the file must be called ims.ctl and that it will only forward
to mailbox. But other than that it should be pretty straight forward. I
can dig up the help file for it tomorrow from the docs if you need it.

the ims.ctl file will do it on an individual mailbox basis. you would drop a
file similar to the one below into the user's mailbox folder. the options
are pretty straightforward. what other mailbox to send it to & whether to
leave a copy inthe original mailbox or not. hope this helps.
IMS.CTL sample:
