Sure, Trash Finder Pro can block messages that have invalid return addresses. Indeed, I put that filter into Trash Finder last year after that looping problem happened to me with some spam that got past TF. (In fact, I have that filter set to "Delete", because a lot of spam comes in with invalid return addresses, and in any case, you can't send a bounce message to an invalid return address. So the bit bucket seems to be the best place for such mail; it's about 1% [used to be much higher] of my incoming mail.) In particular, there is a filter to detect return addresses that resolve to any IP not allowed on the public internet (there are quite a few). Mail should never have such addresses.
