Sure, Trash Finder Pro can block messages that have invalid return
addresses. Indeed, I put that filter into Trash Finder last year after that
looping problem happened to me with some spam that got past TF. (In fact, I
have that filter set to "Delete", because a lot of spam comes in with
invalid return addresses, and in any case, you can't send a bounce message
to an invalid return address. So the bit bucket seems to be the best place
for such mail; it's about 1% [used to be much higher] of my incoming mail.)

In particular, there is a filter to detect return addresses that resolve to
any IP not allowed on the public internet (there are quite a few). Mail
should never have such addresses.
