PS: As you stated, the Check MX option of AVP 2.3.1 isn't strong enough to stop 
all looping messages. We hope TF Pro will do a

Actually, I'm on vacation (thus the Hotmail address); I'm checking in only 
rarely.

I think you should fax the order rather than scan it; while I can handle 
either, I think the bank does not want e-mail used at all for credit card 
numbers.

In any case, I won't be able to do anything for you until I get back (end of 
next week).
