Well, that doesn't mean that it isn't looping, too. After all, the whole
effect of a looping message is that it isn't delivered to anyone; it's just
going around and around and around and around and around and...well, you get
the idea.

Still, I have to think Klint's theory is more likely; the older versions of
SMTPRcv did all kinds of weird things due to the clobbering of things by the
broken threads. I never experienced any weird behavior with the fixed
version before I retired it.
