It sounds like a domain problem. What's in the Domain.MRI file for the
AOL.COM holding directory? (If bad MXes were looked up, IMS might keep using
them for a while.) Perhaps stopping the IMS delivery service, removing the
Domain.MRI, and restarting would help (that would cause IMS to reload the MX
values).
