latest wave of SPAM

Is anyone else having a problem getting a handle on this latest wave of 
"next amazing stock" SPAM that has been flying around the Internet?  I 
see that spamcop and spamhaus can filter some of it, but not much.  Is 
there another avenue to controlling this monster?
