The CIDR calculator at dnsstuff.com may help you out.

Hi everyone. SMTRPRcv requires CIDR notation to denote an entire IP
range that you want to blacklist or whitelist.
The problem is, I am lousy at IP math. And every online CIDR
calculator asks for things I *do not* have, like bits and masks and
whatnot.
I *only only only* know two things: the two IP addresses. That's all I
know.
So for example if I wanted to whitelist all Google mail servers,
everything from IP a.b.c.d until IP w.x.y.z, then SMTPRcv would expect
me to type in something like w.x.i.j / k
Perhaps I misunderstand the concept. But isn't there an online (or
downloadable) CIDR calculator that will take two IP addres, without
asking for anything else, and give you the CIDR notation that describes
that IP range?
